Emergency Risk Management (ERM) will only collect information that is absolutely necessary for the provision of the service requested by its clients. Furthermore, we will only collect this information in an appropriate and lawful manner.
Information collected by ERM will be used for the primary purpose of providing services requested by its clients and the secondary purpose of marketing. You have the right to access any information stored by ERM in relation to you.
Information collected by ERM may be disclosed in the following circumstances:
| - To the IT support company engaged by ERM when IT maintenance or support is necessary. |
| - To staff of ERM for business related purposes. |
| - To any Debt Collection company engaged by ERM for the purpose of debt collection. |
| - To third parties required to provide ERM services to the client. |
| - To any Solicitor engaged by ERM for the purposes of obtaining legal advice. |
Parties who may have access to information stored at ERM, including all staff, IT, Debt Collectors and Cleaners, have signed a confidentiality agreement and are legally bound to maintain the security and confidentiality of all information that may be accessed. Access is only provided to third parties where it is essential either for business related purposes of ERM or in order to provide you with our services. The Privacy Policy of all third parties engaged or associated with ERM have been viewed and accepted by ERM and comply with the appropriate standards.
Information will not be collected, used or disclosed in a manner other than that mentioned above, without client consent, unless required by law. Security
ERM seeks to take all reasonable security measures to safeguard against risk of loss, unauthorised access, destruction, use, modification or disclosure of any information you have disclosed to us or provided us with.
Unfortunately, no data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we take all reasonable steps to ensure its security.
